Busque el modelo de su dispositivo para
comprobar si es compatible con eSIM:

Lee la información que aparece junto al asterisco (*) correspondiente a la marca de tu dispositivo.
Ten en cuenta también que:
- La mayoría de los dispositivos iPhone procedentes de China continental, Hong Kong y Macao no son compatibles con la eSIM.
- La mayoría de los dispositivos Samsung procedentes de China continental, Hong Kong y Taiwán no son compatibles con la eSIM.
- A veces, los proveedores bloquean la opción de eSIM; asegúrate de que tu dispositivo no esté bloqueado.
Para ello, ve a la sección de la tarjeta SIM y comprueba si hay alguna opción para añadir una eSIM.
